General Background
Edward A. Rose. Jr. has been practicing law since December 1995. During this time he has represented businesses in contractual disputes in both State and Federal Court both as plaintiff and defendant counsel and in tax litigation before U.S. Tax Court and the Appeals Division of the Internal Revenue Service. With respect to all tax matter controversies I recommend whether my client should seek a settlement with the Internal Revenue Service or bring the controversy to appeals and then the U.S. Tax Court.
With respect to aviation matters Edward A. Rose, Jr. knows the issues confronting pilots as he has a certificate as a Commercial Pilot, has Multi-Engine and Single Engine Land ratings and also a Single Engine Sea Rating. He is also instrument rated and has a tail wheel endorsement. He currently pilots a Cessna 310Q multi-engine aircraft.
With respect to business matters Edward A. Rose, Jr., knows the problems confronting businesses. He managed a million dollar auto parts distributor in Calexico, California after the owner died from 2000 until the business was sold.
